Perfect Protein Fudge

I made a delicious treat that was inspired by one of Kat’s recipes a while back. Who doesen’t love the combination of  peanut butter, chocolate and fudge? :) This recipe contains little fat and tastes just as rich as the actual thing. On top of that, these little bites are also packed with protein.

1 Small banana

1/4 cup Pasteurized egg whites or egg replacer

3 tbsp Nut Butter 

3 tbsp Agave

1/4 cup Cacao Powder

2 scoops Protein powder (vegan works best)


Mash banana and mix in all liquid ingredients in a medium bowl. 

 Gradually add in cacao and protein powder while stirring mixture with a rubber spatula. 

Spread mixture into a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 ” pan lined with wax paper and freeze for about 2 hours. Cut into 21 squares. Serve immediately or stick it back in the freezer to serve later.
