I am so happy it is the Easter Weekend and to have the whole fam jam reunited as one. Tonight we are going to Church for Good Friday. It is one of my favorite services of the year so I’m super psyched. Afterwards, we’re going out for supper to a steak house and then back to Grandma’s for tea. I am not particularly the hugest fan of red meat, but they have a salad bar that I am all over.
I figured it would be best to sneak in a workout before pigging out and do some strength training. I have been doing lots of cardiovascular activities this week so it’s good to switch things up a little. Here’s today’s workout, about an hour long consisting of three circuits targeting all different areas of the body. Make sure you take some time to stretch before and after the workout.
